Beginners Volleyball Training
Our volleyball training program for beginners is for girls and boys ages 7 yrs – 14 yrs. This program focuses on the fundamentals of volleyball and teaches proper volleyball techniques, including:
All volleyball programs are ongoing and deliver the necessary foundation to start playing organized volleyball. Our professional volleyball coaches work in a small setting to ensure each student receives personalized attention for a more enjoyable learning experience.
Intermediate Volleyball Training
At the end of the Beginner program, students 12 and older are promoted to the intermediate level, where they build on their volleyball skills and learn the necessary skills for excelling on a volleyball team, including:
- Volleyball rules, and individual positions
- Game and training etiquette
- Volleyball training drills
- Preparation for school and club volleyball teams
